COVID-19 UPDATE

We are open and offering home delivery with Royal Mail. For larger orders we will use APC Priority Express Couriers.

Dispatch:

We will dispatch orders once a week on a Tuesday. To allow us to process your order in time, please place your order by 21:00 on Monday.

Delivery: 

During this time standard delivery can take between 5-10 working days from dispatch.

 

Delivery- During this time for up to date information please follow the guidance above. Our returns and refunds policy remain the same.

The Goods will be delivered to you at the address you provided during the order process which may be an address other than the billing address.

Delivery on all orders within mainland UK usually takes 3 - 5 working days. Delivery times are indicative only and are not guaranteed, as they are outside our control. At the moment of delivery, responsibility for the purchased product is passed to the customer.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

What are my delivery options? 

We currently have 1 delivery option available;

Standard delivery: 3-5 working days 
Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over £20 in mainland UK and the Channel Islands. Please note this does not apply to overseas orders outside these areas.

Can I Track my order? 

Not at this current time

 International shipping

We may accept orders from individuals located outside the United Kingdom and ship overseas subject to you paying any additional shipping or postage costs. We will inform you of any additional shipping or postage costs as soon as possible after you have placed the order. If you do not wish to pay these costs you may cancel your order.

Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. If we agree to supply any goods ordered from the Website for delivery outside the United Kingdom, they may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. You will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to our price including VAT and the cost of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Returns & Refunds 

We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original unopened packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Return costs are non-refundable.
